All other agents and airlines have been refunding, but this agency is a total cheat. Every time I call I get a different agent,and they pretend to not know anything and start from scratch.

I never see such worst agency, they talk nicely until your payment is cleared then problems will start since they hide lot of things. I would strongly recommend to book from someone else.
