I made a reservation on the 1800 fly europe website. All fine, decent price, confirmation sent, etc. 1 hour later I get a phone call asking me to call back because the ticket could not be issued. I call back, person on the phone Was So rude and unprofessional, didn't help me at all.
The man who answered was very rude and abrupt with me. He kept cutting me off , got really impatient when i was making a decision, spoke really quickly and when i would ask him to repeat he would do so like i was deaf and slow. It was embarrassing costumer service.
