I did fingerprints and sent them only to have Silencer Shop ask if I was an amputee because their computer did not show any fingerprints for my right hand. One star, not a fan!

Something fell through the cracks and i had to do the paperwork over, and the expectation is now five month away. Nothing like making a thousand dollar plus purchase that you wait two years for delivery.

No calls from silencer shop on the issue or the place of business where the suppressor has been sitting, now the process had to be started all over again.

When you pick up the phone, they are more than happy to answer all of your questions and don't try to rush you off the phone. Best in class Customer Service as well as fair pricing.

if you want a refund for a suppressor, you do NOT get the full refund, because Silencershop skims off the top and pockets your tax stamp dollars. Awful customer service!!!
