No replies to emails, nearly unreachable help desk. No communication of delivery date and to top it all of, not the product in the pictures. Not a great experience. Really bad I can say!

The lack of responses when emailing client care is crazy. Emailing a company more than once to get information after days of waiting is unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend !!

No updates or response since then. I’m not totally sure what to do about this. Is this even a real company. Phone number don’t even work. I’m really frustrated. The lack of responses and updates is mind blowing.
